Liskeard Farmers Market, Second and fourth Friday of the month

Menheniot Farmers market, Second Saturday of each Month, A monthly event for South East Cornwall: quality local produce including meats, bread, cakes, preserves, chutney, honey, fruit and vegetables. Refreshments served throughout the morning.

Titanic Stories8th March2018 – 7th January 2019. Falmouth. A major new exhibition, TITANIC STORIES, examines the stories of the Titanic’s momentous sinking in 1912, re-appraising many of the myths, controversies and assumptions that still linger around one of the most well-known historic events of the 20th century.

The Great Estate Festival 1st – 3rd June, Scorrier House. Great Estate Garden Fete, held within the prestigious and mystical grounds of Scorrier House, minutes away from the beautiful Cornish coastline, you can be sure to expect the unexpected... Get your tickets now!

Royal Cornwall Show 7th – 9th June, Wadebridge. Cornwall’s showcase since 1793 and a fascinating glimpse into rural life. Apart from the livestock judging, there is the famous flower tent, show jumping and a fast and furious inter-hunt relay.

Saltash Regatta and waterside festival9th – 10th June. Saltash Regatta is one of the most colourful waterside festivals in South East Cornwall. You will find gig rowing events as well as entertainment on the shore.

Falmouth international sea shanty festival 22nd – 24th  June fantastic free festival of maritime music and a great way to soak up the true atmosphere of Falmouth’s seafaring past with performances by dozens of groups from all the UK and beyond.

Golowan Festival 15th  – 24th June A traditional boat festival, running in tandem with the well-established and much loved Golowan Festival. Owners and crews of traditional style boats are invited to come and enjoy the atmosphere.

Polperrow Music festival16th – 24th June, Polperrow. Includes plenty of live music, an arts and crafts fair, comedy night, lighting of the solstice bonfire, colourful village carnival and a unique mock mayor choosing ceremony.

Murdoc Day 16th June, Redruth. Redruth's annual celebration of its most famous citizen, inventor William Murdoch. The programme of events includes children's dance and art procession, all day music and entertainment, street market, old tyme fair and much more. 

Falmouth Classics Regatta 22nd – 24th  June The  best Classic Boat Rallies comes to Falmouth, Cornwall & coincides with the Falmouth International Sea Shanty Festival. The highlight of the regatta is the Parade of Sail & Power, as competitors

Mevagissey Feast week24th – 30th June A blend of traditional and contemporary events which bring the whole community together and welcomes hundreds of visitors to join the celebrations

Rock Oyster festival 6th – 7th July, Wadebridge.  A midsummer celebration of food, music and art, taking place at the stunning venue of 17th century Dinham House overlooking the Camel Estuary near Wadebridge.

Tropical Pressure Festival 13th – 15th July, Truro. Tropical Pressure Festival - Celebrating the rich cultures of Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean on the cliffs of Cornwall.

Liskeard Agricultural show 14th July, Merrymeet. Fab day out for all the family, traditional country show (like Royal Cornwall, but smaller!)

Stithians Agricultural show 16th July, Stithians. Musical entertainment, food courts, craft stalls, a fairground, and animals of all sorts including rare breeds, a dog show and dog agility & agility exhibitions, equestrian events - a full day out for the whole family.

Camborne Show 21st  July  Agricultural Show with competitions, attractions, craft and general sales, refreshments and live entertainment

Charlestown Regatta week 21st  – 27th July. A week of fun events for all the family including includes events such as the fun triathlon, raft races, donkey derby, live music and colourful carnival to raise funds for the local community.

Expedition Space21stJuly – 2ndSeptember at The Eden Project. The Eden Project always does something extra special during thr school holidays and this summer they are launching their new Space adventure.You will get to be a tourist in the farthest reaches of our galaxy, and enjoy out of this world experiences. Launch into an intergalactic mission, and return a fully-fledged space explorer. Maybe you’ll have some strange tales of alien encounters to share when you’re done...

Climb aboard for your Mission to Mars. With a rumble and a roar, blast off to fly by the moon and discover the wonders of the universe – don’t forget to enjoy the view! Get your first glimpse of Mars and find out what it will take to live on this barren planet.

Port Eliot festival 26th – 29th July, St Germans. Described as a literary festival, but with the feel of a garden party. Attracts mix of celebs, art lovers, foodies, party animals and book worms

Boconnoc Steam Fair27th – 29th July. An old fashioned steam extravaganza held annually in the magnificent grounds of the Boconnoc Estate. Showcases vintage vehicles including full size and miniature steam engines. 

St. Endellion Summer Music festival 31st July – 10th August. Internationally famous festival. Symphony orchestra and a chorus of 75, with guest artistes, encompasses the classics from Brahms to Stravinsky, music from Broadway and late night brass band.

Looe Carnival week 30th July – 5th August The highlight of the Looe Lions' calendar with a week of events that appeal to everyone. Entertainment for the whole family is guaranteed as the busy seaside town gears up for seven days of fun.

The Dancing Frog – Kneehigh Asylum at Heligan 6th – 26th August. Based on Quentin Blake’s The Story of the Dancing Frog, Kneehigh have re-spun this beautiful tale of hope and courage – made at home in their Cornish Barns. Sutiable for all ages click the link for more information and to book

Falmouth week 10th – 19th August Henri Lloyd Falmouth Week has grown into the largest sailing regatta in the south west with more than 450 yachts racing over eight days, and a lively programme of shoreside events.

Cornish steam and county fair 17th – 19th August Redruth. Previously know as the West of England Steam Rally. Up to 100 full size and miniature steam engines from all over the country, rural craft displays & children's entertainment. 

Fowey regatta and carnival 19th – 25th August One of the best local regattas in the country,with a fun-filled week for all the family. Events include a midweek Carnival and a spectacular firework display, and the Red Arrows return!

46th Cornwall Folk Festival 23rd – 27th August.There's an amazing line up of international, national and local performers coming to Wadebridge this August. Gretchen Peters flies in from the States to headline, whilst all over the town on multiple stages, musicians fill the place with music.

Newlyn fish festival 26th August Celebrating all things fishy in Britain’s premier fishing port where you can satisfy your appetite with the best seafood you’re likely to find anywhere and help to raise money for the Royal National Mission to Deep Sea Fishermen.

Bude Jazz28th – 31st August. Bude has been involved in staging jazz festivals for 25 years and is renowned world-wide for its support for the music.

St. Ives September Festival 8th – 22nd September. 300 events planned for this year, there is something for everyone, so join in the St Ives September Festival celebrations – two weeks of great music, exhibitions, walks, talks, workshops, films, comedy, theatre, plays.

South East Cornwall Walking Festival. 8th – 15th September, Looe & Polperro. Join like-minded people for an established walking festival that takes in seaside villages, rural hamlets, wooded valleys and high moorland. 

Looe Music Festival 21st – 23rd September . The last of the summer festivals in a dramatic, magical location. Visit for the day, or stay all weekend. Acts to be announced.
