A Spring Feast
rooted in Cornwall’s botanical history
Cornwall's deep harbours have historically been the first ports of call for ships bringing new plants and seeds from around the world. This, combined with our mild climate, has made Cornwall famous for it's exotic gardens and diverse wild flora. Our spring feast celebrates the far-flung origins of the many ingredients we can forage and grow locally.
April 1st 2026
6.30pm
£48 per person. BYOB
Includes a welcome cocktail and four delicious courses based around seasonal ingredients grown by Holly in her kitchen garden, and foraged locally by Emma. Children 11 years and over are welcome.

What's it like?
"A night at Leyland isn’t just dinner—it’s a gathering that captures the essence of place, food, and connection. An experience to savour and one we hope to return to again."

Julia, Midsummer Feast 2025
"The Summer Supper Club was such a delightful evening. The barn looked so pretty and special... your flower arrangements were stunning!... The hedgerow cocktail was just gorgeous and I would happily buy a big bottle :-) I'm sure the food took A LOT of work but every course was really special and delicious and felt like such a treat."

Who are we?

Holly & Emma
Holly and Emma are a pair of food lovers who have hosted foraging walks and tasting sessions together for over 10 years.
Holly is a food and cooking enthusiast who started a kitchen garden at Leyland with her friend and veg garden mentor, Ben, in 2024. The garden, right beside the Supper Club barn, provides inspiration and ingredients for our feasts.
Emma is a plant expert, cook, and author who has run courses across the Westcountry for decades. Among other things, she currently leads coastal foraging courses at River Cottage. Our food is always oriented around wild, local ingredients picked by Emma. You can find out more about her books, courses, and recipes at Never Mind the Burdocks .
Our team
Our first few events have been made possible, and magical, by:
Andy (Holly's husband- far right), who makes a handsome waiter and is on hand for all practical hurdles.
Tia Tamblyn (second from right), a warm and attentive host to our diners.
Cira Tamblyn (far left), our indispensable kitchen help.
Richard Tambyn (behind the camera), the reason our photos are so good.
