A new find in Liskeard
Written by Zoë Snowdon
Lats week we discovered a magical little garden in the middle of Liskeard!
We walked into Stuart House (a lovely medieval townhouse on Barras street) and right through into a peaceful flower-filled space with fountains, little box hedges and bay trees, beautiful roses and tables for enjoying a cuppa from the little cafe. It's all cared for lovingly by volunteers. We can't believe we didn't know about this earlier!
Inside you can find out about the house's long history. If you're visiting Liskeard on a warm day, don't miss this!

"It may be our 11th (or 12th) visit but Treworgey still weaves its magic. All the troubles and stress falls away as we drive up the lane. By the time we have taken our cream tea out of the fridge we can't remember what we were worrying about."
