A new find in Liskeard
Written by Zoë Snowdon
Lats week we discovered a magical little garden in the middle of Liskeard!
We walked into Stuart House (a lovely medieval townhouse on Barras street) and right through into a peaceful flower-filled space with fountains, little box hedges and bay trees, beautiful roses and tables for enjoying a cuppa from the little cafe. It's all cared for lovingly by volunteers. We can't believe we didn't know about this earlier!
Inside you can find out about the house's long history. If you're visiting Liskeard on a warm day, don't miss this!

"It is rare to find a cottage that is everything you hope for as Laurel is. Absolutely beautifully put together - even the garden is perfect and of course the stunning view. In terms of comfort -wow!! The beds are fantastic, warm heating, spotlessly clean bathrooms. One in a million and we will be back!!"- STEPHEN, LESLEY, HARRY & MOLLY BOYD
