Spring Supper Club

On 1st April we had flavours from all over the globe at our Spring Leyland Supper Club, here on the farm. Holly (of Treworgey) and expert forager Emma Gunn (@nevermindtheburdocks ) used foraged and home-grown ingredients (and even pheasant from the farm here!) to create a feast for 22 guests and locals.
The atmosphere was, as ever, warm, fun and friendly. If you're staying at Treworgey over one of our feast dates, its a fantastic evening and a great chance to chat to locals.
