Treworgey is magical at Christmas with lights twinkling in the trees outside and real trees waiting in every cottage. You'll find local apple juice, homemade mince pies and Christmas goodies waiting for you and we have a special menu of home-made Christmas delights from Coombe Kitchen available for the festive season. You can order everything from the full Christmas dinner to buffet food, mince pies or puddings - delicious!
We also run our kids clubs over the Christmas holiday: Gymkhana, Handy Pony Afternoon and Forest School (subject to interest). Three afternoons where the children have a fantastic time while you have a bit of a break!
Local events over Christmas
We have some fantastic local Christmas events in December, from the Christmas market in Truro to the beautiful craft fairs and events at our local National Trust properties. The Eden Project too has special festive events, including an outdoor ice rink. The Polperro fisherman's choir are a joy to hear on Christmas Eve as are the services in several ancient local village churches.
'This is our mid 30th visit to Treworgey. The first being 1987. The "Team Treworgey" provided us with tree, holly wreath, floral decorations and Christmas treats this time. Altogether, a brilliant holiday and Christmas April. " BEV AND BRIAN THOMPSON AND ALFIE
